Heather Reybok
Heather Reybok has resided in Lancaster County since the age of 8. She graduated from Millersville University with a B.A. in Political Science and has an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College. Heather joined our law firm after graduation from Millersville University. She supports our Elder Law divisions and Estate Planning and Administration divisions as well as assisting in Adoption in our New Holland Office. Heather works closely with our clients and is compassionate to each matter. Heather and her husband live in Lancaster and she enjoys reading and taking trips to the beach.

Stephanie Eshleman
Stephanie joined Smoker Gard Associates in February 2011. She is a graduate from Pierce College with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies and also received an Associates Degree in Legal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College. She supports our offices in the area of business law and assists in other areas as needed. She is a Notary Public. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, son and her dog. She enjoys traveling especially to Jamaica and Puerto Rico.

Jessica Zeidler
Jessica joined Smoker Gard Associates LLP in February 2017. She is a 2010 graduate of Lancaster Bible College. Jessica grew up in Philadelphia with her parents, who now live in Georgia, and her sister who followed her to Lancaster County. Jessica supports our office in the area of real estate law and title insurance. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, horror movies and participating in live theater, both backstage and on-stage.

Shelley McGinley
Shelley joined Smoker Gard Associates LLP in August 2019 as the lead receptionist in the Mount Carmel office. Shelley is the smiling and friendly face that greets you when you visit our Mount Carmel Office. Shelley earned her Medical Office Assistant Certificate from Luzerne County Community College. As a receptionist in our Mount Carmel office, Shelley is dedicated to assisting our clients in a professional and attentive manner. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends, volunteering in the community, and traveling with family

Adam Maser
Adam joined Smoker Gard Associates LLP in September 2022 as a legal assistant. Adam graduated from Ephrata Area High School in 2018, and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Government, and Law from Arcadia University. While attending Arcadia, Adam played on the school’s baseball team. As a collegiate athlete, Adam quickly learned how to be a team player and manage his time between schoolwork and baseball practice/games. Adam has two brothers; one who lives in Lancaster County and the other in North Carolina. In his free time, Adam enjoys watching sporting events, watching movies, and playing with his dog.

Briona Swofford
Briona joined Smoker Gard Associates LLP in September 2021 as an administrative assistant. Briona is the smiling and friendly face that greets you in our New Holland Office. Briona graduated from Ephrata Area High School in 2018. Briona says the best feeling at work is being able to complete all your tasks before the end of the workday. Briona loves being able to help clients and assist her coworkers on daily tasks. In her free time, Briona enjoys going to gym with friends and spending time with her family.
